(Carroll County, Ky.) – After a three-day trial, a Carroll County man has been found guilty of nine charges related to rape and sexual abuse.
Terry Glacken, 50, of Carrollton, has been convicted on the following charges:
- Sodomy in the First Degree, Victim Under 12
- Two Counts of Rape in the First Degree, Forcible Compulsion
- Incest
- Two Counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Victim Under 12
- Rape in the First Degree, Victim Under 12
- Two Counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree
The case dates back to June of 2021 when Kentucky State Police received a report of sexual assault which occurred over the course of 10 years.
Investigators determined the female victim had been sexually abused multiple times during the 10-year period, beginning when she was a juvenile. The investigation also revealed two additional victims of sexual abuse.
Formal sentencing is set for January 2025.
