(Sunman, Ind.) – Bridge 135 at Weisburg Road has reopened.
Dearborn County engineer Todd Listerman tells Eagle Country 99.3 that the road reopened to traffic as of Monday afternoon.
Bridge 135 had been closed since June 2021 after suffering significant damage during storms that produced high water and flooding.
Since then, crews have been working to remove the old structure and replacing it with a new design.
Listerman says the contractor will return to Bridge 135 at Weisburg Road this spring to complete asphalt paving.
