Festivities will take place on Wednesday, September 25 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
The event will feature a prize wheel for Popeyes swag, Poppy the mascot, South Dearborn High School Cheer Team, ribbon cutting ceremony, and check presentation to South Dearborn High School Dollars for Scholars.
