(Aurora, Ind.) – Aurora Police are trying to locate a theft suspect vehicle.

On July 26, a resident in the 300 block of Woodlawn Avenue reported that an unknown person stole a black 42” Countryline box fan from their front yard.

Through review of security video, Aurora Police determined the suspect was driving a red Ford Ranger pickup truck with an extended cab. The vehicle appears to have body moldings around the wheel openings, button security code pad on the driver door, and side bars or running boards.

The suspect vehicle also had a loud exhaust.

Anyone with information about the vehicle should contact Aurora Police at 812-926-1101 or Dearborn County Dispatch at 812-537-3431.
