The 84-year-old victim's ATV was struck from behind by an SUV on Spades Road in Sunman on May 11.

(Sunman, Ind.) - A Sunman resident who was injured in a crash between a SUV and an off-road vehicle has died from his injuries.
Harry Laker, 84, was hospitalized after the side-by-side ATV he was driving on Spades Road was rear-ended by a Ford Explorer driven by a 16-year-old girl on Friday, May 11. The impact caused Laker to be ejected from the ATV.
Laker died of his injuries at University of Cincinnati Medical Center on Sunday, May 20.
The teen driver who struck Laker’s off-road vehicle was not injured. Indiana State Police said they do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the wreck.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home in Sunman.
