(New Trenton, Ind.) - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is scheduled to install an all-way stop at the intersection of U.S. 52 and New Trenton Road/Walnut Street on or after Tuesday, April 21.
Installation of the all-way stop is expected to take up to one day, weather permitting.
This change is being made to improve sight distance and overall safety at the intersection. Drivers should use extra caution in the area while motorists adjust to the new traffic pattern.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
