The accident caused a lengthy closure late Wednesday night.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - State Road 48 had to be shut down on Wednesday night due to an accident.
According to Dearborn County Emergency Management, the accident took place between Horizon Way and State Road 148 and involved a downed utility pole.
Duke Energy was called to the scene to make repairs, which took approximately four to five hours.
Power has since been restored for affected customers.
It is unknown if anyone was injured in the crash.
