Tim McGraw Announces Book Deal

McGraw's forthcoming book will focus on his fitness and health.

(Nashville, TN)  --  Tim McGraw is writing a book. 

The country icon and fitness guru tells "People" he's releasing a book called, "Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life." 

McGraw says after starting his health journey several years ago, "My mind is clearer, my sense of purpose is sharper, and my relationships are deeper." 

The book is due out this November.
