Randy Travis Celebrated At Grand Ole Opry

Happy 60th birthday to Randy Travis.

(Nashville, TN)  --  Randy Travis is celebrating his 60th birthday in Music City. 

The country music icon made a rare public appearance at the Grand Ole Opry on Saturday where he was joined by several artists, including Charles Esten and Josh Turner. 

The multi-Grammy Award-winning artist was inducted into the Opry in 1986. 

Six years ago, he suffered a devestating stroke that affected his ability to sing. 

Randy Travis will release his new book, "Forever and Ever, Amen: A Memoir of Music, Faith and Braving the Storms of Live" on May 14th.
