Kelsea Ballerini Says Kelly Clarkson Motived Her To Pursue Music

The first "American Idol" winner sparked Ballerini's music dreams.

(Undated)  --  Kelly Clarkson is apparently to thank for launching Kelsea Ballerini's career. 

In an interview with "BuzzFeed," Ballerini says she was at a Kelly Clarkson concert some ten years ago when she had an epiphany. 

She says it was then and there that she decided to become a singer, and she believes Clarkson gave her the push she needed.
