A member of Turner's crew died in a bus crash last week.
(Undated) -- A GoFundMe account is set up to help raise money for members of Josh Turner's road crew who were hurt in a bus crash last week.
The crew had just left a show in Paso Robles, California when their bus crashed through a barbed-wire fence and off a cliff.
Turner's longtime sound engineer, David Turner, was killed, and several other members were hurt.
