Luke Bryan is ringing the register.

(Undated)  --  "Forbes" is out with its list of the highest-paid country stars.

Luke Bryan takes the top spot with an income of about 52-million dollars.

His "American Idol" gig and endorsement deal with Chevy helped him to dethrone country music icon Garth Brooks, who's now in second place.

Kenny Chesney is in third place, followed by the Zac Brown Band in fourth and Blake Shelton rounding out the top five.
