Carrie Underwood Performs For First Time Since Accident

Underwood belted out her new song, "Cry Pretty".

(Las Vegas, NV)  --  Carrie Underwood is celebrating a big milestone after her accident five months ago.

She performed for her first time since injuring her face and wrist in a  fall outside her home in the Nashville-area.

Country music's sweetheart sang her latest single, "Cry Pretty," and even shed a few tears herself after delivering a powerful performance.

Underwood told fans back in January that she "didn't quite look the same" after the accident and wasn't ready to show her face.
