(Ypsilanti, MI.) - Noah Knigga went viral long before he stepped on campus at Eastern Michigan University.

He had another viral moment on Tuesday when the freshman linebacker arrived for his first day of football practice.

Knigga, a three-star recruit, finished his high school career last fall with 318 career tackles, including a school-record 67 tackles for a loss.

He was a four-time All-EIAC honoree, winning two conference championships, two sectional titles, and was part of the Tigers' 2022 state runner-up team. As a senior, Knigga posted 111 tackles, 25 tackles-for-loss, seven sacks, and two interceptions.

Other accolades include being named Class 3A Junior All-State in 2023, and being selected to the Indiana Football Digest Prime Time 25 list, as one of the best players in the state in 2024.
