(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - One of the top signal callers in Lawrenceburg High School history has made his college decision.
Senior Garrett Yoon announced Friday evening via Twitter that he has committed to the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne.
Yoon had a spectacular high school career, passing for 9.115 yards - which is good for the 12th most career passing yards in state history. The Tigers' star also scored 146 touchdowns as a four-year starter.
During his time at Lawrenceburg, the Tigers went 38-12 winning three EIAC championships, and three sectional titles.
In 2021, Yoon was named the EIAC 3A Offensive MVP, throwing for 2,393 yards and 26 touchdowns and rushing for 858 yards and 13 touchdowns. He was also named to the IFCA Class 3A Senior All-State Team.
