(Crestview Hills, Ky.) – Thomas More University’s softball program has a new all-time hit leader.
Former Rising Sun Lady Shiners star Alix DeDreu recorded her 207th hit as Thomas More swept a two-game doubleheader against Hanover On Wednesday.

The previous record was set last season by DeDreu’s former teammate Laura Finke.
So far this spring, DeDreu is hitting .404 with 12 doubles and 12 RBIs. In the pitching circle, she is 6-4 with a 1.35 earned run average.
The Saints are currently 13-7 and will take on Otterbein in a doubleheader on Thursday.
