Switz. Co's Rose to Continue Wrestling Career at Marian

(Vevay, Ind.) - Ethan Rose recently signed his letter of intent to continue his academic and athletic career at Marian University. 

Rose competed at 132 pounds during his senior season, making a phenomenal run to the semi-state. His run to the semi-state included a sectional championship, and a runner-up at the regional. Rose finished the season with a record of 30-9. 

In the classroom, Rose earned Academic All-State First Team honors this season.

To earn Academic All-State honors, wrestlers must carry at least a 3.25 GPA on a 4.0 scale for seven semesters. Wrestlers also had to be on the IHSAA Sectional Roster and be nominated by a member of the IHSWCA.
