South Ripley's Deborah Murphy To Run Cross Country, Track At Collegiate Level

(Versailles, Ind.) – A South Ripley High School student-athlete is ready to run off to college.

On Thursday, Deborah Murphy committed to St. Mary’s of the Woods College in Terre Haute, where she will run cross country and track.

Murphy placed 161st overall at the IHSAA Cross Country Semi-State at Shelbyville last weekend.

In October, Murphy finished 9th at the ORVC Championship, earning a spot on the All-Conference Team.
