(Aurora, Ind.) - For the second time in two years, South Dearborn High School has a new varsity baseball head coach.

The South Dearborn Athletic Department has announced that Jeremy Martin has been recommended to the school board to become the next baseball head coach.

Martin, a longtime resident of Rising Sun, played collegiately at the University of Cincinnati. He has taught and coached at Thomas More University for the last 26 years, including six years as head coach and 20 seasons as the top assistant and pitching coach.

Martin replaces Austin Bowling, who led the program for one season.

The Knights went 12-12 last spring.
