SEI Football Stars Earn Academic All-State Honors

Congratulations to all the honorees!

Brady Ballart (South Dearborn), Keaten McGrath (Lawrenceburg), Matthew Young (Switzerland County) and Nyden Euson (East Central)

INDIANAPOLIS - Over 40 high school football stars from southeastern Indiana have earned recognition for their work in the classroom. 

This week, the Indiana Football Coaches Association announced their 2025 Academic All-State Team. 

To be considered for the honor, a minimum GPA of 3.40 on a 4.0 scale and a minimum SAT of 1660 or minimum ACT of 24 is required. 

East Central and South Dearborn led the way with seven Academic All-State selections each. See a full list of local honorees below.

  • Batesville (3) – Brady Wonnell, Ethan Schneider, Jaxon Brittle
  • East Central (7) – Eli Sehlhorst, Nolan Maple, Leland Kahny, Nyden Euson, Carson Roth, Tank Chambers, Liam Cox
  • Franklin County (6) – Eli Amrhein, Carter Dozier, Jordan Koeller, Blake Stephenson, Mason Wewe, Evan Flaspohler
  • Greensburg (3) – Tyler Williams, Kameron Parkison, Tyson Bockover
  • Lawrenceburg (5) – Keaten McGrath, Caden McCool, Kinser Pope, Braxton Gill, Mylee McAdams
  • Madison (1) – Corbin Fullenkamp
  • North Decatur (6) – Logan O’Dell, Eli Trenkamp, Tyler Stephen, Nolan Barber, Adam Wade, Hunter Meister
  • South Dearborn (7) – Brady Ballart, Garrett Clawson, Tyeler Gulden, Colt Hensley, Colton McClure, Elliot Meek, Savannah Purcell
  • Switzerland County (4) – Kolvin Beck, Matthew Young, Josiah Holliday, Ezra Gray
