(Aurora, Ind.) - Thomas More University is no stranger to recruiting in southeastern Indiana.

On Wednesday, the Saints bolstered their defensive line with the signing of South Dearborn High School defensive end Caden Thompson.

Thompson is a four-year letter winner in football, and was named All-EIAC his junior and senior seasons. This past season, Thompson earned Region 10 All-Star status, making him eligible to play in the IFCA North/South All-Star Game this summer.

Over his four years at South Dearborn, Thompson amassed 134 tackles, including 22 for a loss. The last two seasons, he totaled 11 sacks.

His leadership qualities led him to be a captain last fall. He is tremendous in the classroom as well, being named to the Academic All-State Team as a senior.

Thompson joins East Central's Carson Pieczonka as part of Thomas More's 2025 recruiting class.
