(Aspen, Co.) - It has been six years since Nick Goepper tasted victory at the X Games, but the Lawrenceburg native returned to glory on Sunday.
The 26-year-old took gold in the Men's Ski Slopestyle, outdoing Ferdinand Dahl and Evan McEachran.
Goepper now has five X Game gold medals in Ski Slopestyle. He won three-straight golds from 2013-15, and has earned silver in the event on two occasions.
The only other skier to win the Ski Slopestyle three time is Tanner Hall.
