(Milan, Ind.) – A Milan High School football standout is set to continue his playing career at the collegiate level.
On Tuesday, the Milan Athletic Department announced that Nathaniel Spears has committed to play football at Franklin College this fall.
The senior defensive lineman helped Milan to a 9-2 overall record in 2017, including an Ohio River Valley Conference Championship.
Spears is set to join a Franklin Grizzles team that went 8-3 last year with a perfect 8-0 record in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play.
