It was a big night for East Central athletics, picking up wins in boys and girls soccer, volleyball and swimming.

BOYS SOCCER

Batesville 6, Jac-Cen-Del 0 - Batesville goals were scored by J.J. Kuisel, Eli Pierson, Ian Powers, Cody Simms, and Sebbie Trainor. The sixth goal was an own goal by JCD.

GIRLS SOCCER 

Oldenburg Academy 4, Centerville 0 

Switzerland County 4, Rising Sun 0

VOLLEYBALL

East Central 3, Lawrenceburg 2 (25-20, 14-25, 25-22, 25-27, 15-10) - East Central improved to 7-3 on the season despite 19 service errors. Jessie Stenger was the Player of the Match. 

Rising Sun 3, South Ripley 2 (20-25, 26-24, 25-22, 20-25, 15-8) - Rising Sun picked up the ORVC win behind 23 kills from Cora Poling. Lindsay Montgomery had a strong performance with 15 kills and 18 digs. Tyrrah Miller had a match high 25 digs and Baylee Morris had 37 assists for the Shiners. 

 

SWIMMING

 

The East Central AquaTrojans start the season undefeated with a win over South Dearborn. 

AquaTrojan Girls won 110-60. AquaTrojan Boys won 115-51.
