East Central 1, Columbus North 1 tie

Batesville 2, Jennings County 1

Milan 6, Switzerland County 1 – Malachi Scott recorded a hat trick for Milan with three goals in the win. Cameron Begley, Evan Miller, and Ethan Schwipps each added a single goal for the Indians.

Jac-Cen-Del 3, South Ripley 0 – Jacob Jines found the back of the net twice for JCD, while Jordan Meyer added another goal.

Oldenburg Academy 1, Rising Sun 1 tie – Landon Cole had the goal for Rising Sun, while Shiners keeper Jordan Parsons racked up 9 saves. Twisters Gariott Scott scored in period 1 at 27:18  knocking in ball in front of goal after nice shot by Lucas McFee caught the side post.  The Twisters had 21 shots with 9 on goal, 6 fouls, 8 corners, 1 hand ball.  Chris Hautman had 5 saves with Adam Huber having 2 saves on defense.

Milan 1, South Ripley 1 tie – Maggie Schmidt scored the goal for Milan.

 

VOLLEYBALL

East Central 3, Batesville 1 – 25-13, 25-16, 24-26, 25-21 – East Central improves to 16-1 (9-0 EIAC).

Rising Sun 3, Jac-Cen-Del 0 – 25-12, 25-15, 28-26 – Rising Sun’s Danyka Groover collected 15 kills and 7 blocks. Teammate Kassidy Romans made 15 digs with an ace and a kill.
