Class 3A Semi-State at Martinsville

Center Grove 2, East Central 0

Class 2A Semi-State at Martinsville

Lawrenceburg 1, Brebeuf Jesuit 0

The Tigers will play Mishawaka Marian in the State Championship. The match will be played on Saturday at IU Indianapolis at 1:30 p.m.

The Lady Tigers are headed to the STATE FINAL game next weekend. The ladies defeated the Brebeuf Braves 1-0 to advance to the final.

Girls: East Central advances to state by placing 5th, Batesville 8th, South Dearborn 21st, Switzerland County 23rd

Callie Bentley (EC): 18:20.2, 6th place
Jena Weiler (EC): 18:58, 15th place
Kaylynn Bedel (BV): 19:25.7, 29th place, advances to State Finals without team

Boys: Batesville placed 13th, East Central 20th, Milan 21st, Switzerland County 23rd

Jacob Chapman (BV): 16:06.0, 21st place, advances to State Finals without team
Gabe Riehle (M): 16:06.1, 22nd place, advances to State Finals without team
