The Lawrenceburg Tigers are Sectional Champs and are the only southeastern Indiana team still alive in the IHSAA Football State Tournament.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8 

 

FOOTBALL

Class 4A Sectional 23 Championship

East Central 14, Mooresville 17 - Mooresville led 14-7 at halftime. East Central was able to tie the game in the fourth quarter, but a late field goal won it for Mooresville. East Central finishes the season with an 11-1 record and champs of the EIAC 4A Division. 

 

Class 3A Sectional 31 Championship 

Lawrenceburg 35, Greensburg 14 - The Tigers captured their 19th sectional title in school history and upped their winning streak to 11 games. Lawrenceburg will host #2 Heritage Hills (12-0) for the Regional Championship. 

Class 1A Sectional 47 Championship

Milan 20, North Decatur 21 - Milan finishes the season with a 9-3 record.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Lawrenceburg 47, Batesville 40 - Senior Juliana Kemper led the way with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Chloe Meyer added 11 points and Kierah Lowe had 10 points for the Lady Tigers.
