Class 4A Sectional 14 at Bloomington North - First Round

Columbus North 4, East Central 2 - The Trojans finish the season 15-11. 

  • EC: Sam Bond - 2-4, 2 RBI

Columbus East 2, Shelbyville 0 

*#1 Columbus North will play Columbus East in the semifinals on Friday.

 

Class 3A Sectional 29 at Lawrenceburg - First Round

Batesville 7, South Dearborn 0 - The Knights finish the season 17-10. 

  • BV: Riley Zink - 2-3, 2 RBI; 7 IP (W), hit, 6 K
  • BV: Sam Voegele - 1-1, HR, RBI

*Batesville will play Franklin County in the semifinals on Friday at 5:30 p.m.

 

Class 2A Sectional 45 at South Ripley - First Round 

South Ripley 4, North Decatur 0 

  • SR: Brady Linkel - 7 IP (W), 2 hits, 16 K

Milan 5, Switzerland County 3

Class 1A Sectional 60 at Jac-Cen-Del - First Round 

Oldenburg Academy 9, Trinity Lutheran 0 - The Twisters advance to play Hauser in the semifinals on Friday night. 

 

GIRLS TENNIS

IHSAA Regional at Richmond - Championship

Lawrenceburg 5, Franklin County 0 - The Lady Tigers will face Sullivan in the first round of the Semi-State Championships on Saturday at Center Grove.
