Lawrenceburg, Jac-Cen-Del, and Switzerland County advanced in the IHSAA Boys Basketball State Tournament.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Class 3A Sectional 29 at Connersville - First Round

Lawrenceburg 48, Rushville 35

  • Ashton Craig (LB): 16 points
  • Jackson Bobo (LB): 12 points
  • Garrett Yoon (LB): 8 points, 7 assists

*The Tigers will play South Dearborn in the semifinals on Friday at 6 PM. The game will be carried on Eagle Country 99.3. 

 

Class 2A Sectional 44 at South Ripley - First Round

North Decatur 57, Milan 50 - The Indians end the season with a 2-19 record. 

*North Decatur advances to play Triton Central in the semifinals on Friday. 

 

Class 2A Sectional 45 at Southwestern (Hanover) - First Round

Switzerland County 52, Austin 50 

  • Cam Craig (SC): 28 points, 10 rebounds
  • Bryce Wrightsman (SC): 7 points

Southwestern (Hanover) 45, Henryville 37

*Switzerland County will play Providence and Southwestern will play Clarksville in the semifinals on Friday. 

 

Class 1A Sectional 60 at Southwestern (Shelbyville) - First Round

Jac-Cen-Del 62, Rising Sun 48 - The Shiners end the season with a 9-14 record. 

*JCD will play Waldron in the semifinals on Friday.
