Defensive performances nearly set records at Ripley Co. Basketball Tournament.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Ripley County Tournament - First Round at Milan

South Ripley 57, Milan 12

Lexi Franklin (SR): 13 points
Claire Samples (SR): 12 points
The 12 points allowed the second lowest in tournament history

Batesville 54, Jac-Cen-Del 14

Kaylin Kathman (BV): 17 points
Alyson Peters (BV): 11 points

*South Ripley and Batesville will play for the Ripley County Championship on Tuesday at South Ripley. Tip-off is 6:00 p.m. and will be followed by the boys championship game between South Ripley and Batesville. There will be no consolation games.
