FRIDAY, AUGUST 9 

GIRLS GOLF

The South Ripley Lady Raider golf team competed in a three way match with Southwestern Hanover and Switzerland County at Butler Falls on Friday for their first match of the season. The Raiders placed 3rd. South Ripley has one returning player from last year in senior Lilly Jones, the rest of the team are picking up clubs for the first time.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 10 

GIRLS GOLF

New Albany Invitational

The Bulldogs finished with a team score of 326. New Albany was second with 340 followed by Flyd Central with 373. Junior Ava South was the overall medalist with an 18-hole score of 74. Teammate Addyson Weiler was second in the field with a 77. Other scores for the Bulldogs were Alexis Gallagher (86), Zoey Ahern (89) and Grace Saner (95).
