(Indianapolis, Ind.) - Local high school football teams will be battling on the home field of the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts this weekend.

Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference teams, plus one that isn't in the conference, are playing in the Southeastern Showdown at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, September 7.

Greensburg and Connersville will start at noon. Franklin County plays Rushville at 2:45 p.m. Batesville and South Dearborn will square off at 5:30 p.m. Milan and Lawrenceburg play in the night cap around 8:00 p.m.

You can get tickets to all the games at the Lucas Oil Stadium box office for $15 each. Pre-sale tickets for $12 are available at participating schools' athletic offices.

Eagle Country 99.3 will follow the local teams to Lucas Oil Stadium. We will have live play-by-play coverage of South Dearborn versus Batesville and Milan versus Lawrenceburg on 99.3 FM and www.EagleCountryOnline.com.

The only EIAC team not participating in the Southeastern Showdown is East Central. The Trojans are hosting their biggest rival, Harrison, on Friday night at Trojan Field. That game will also be broadcast on Eagle Country 99.3 with pregame coverage starting at 7:10 p.m. Friday.
