Lawrenceburg's Ashton Craig Verbally Commits To Notre Dame

Craig earned an offer from Notre Dame earlier this week.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Twenty-five schools sought the services of Ashton Craig, but a recent offer was one he couldn't refuse.

Craig, a 6'5" 283 pound offensive tackle, has verbally committed to the University of Notre Dame.

Tom Loy of 247 Sports broke the story on Saturday just days after Notre Dame offered Craig a scholarship.

Craig is a three-star prospect from Lawrenceburg. He chose Notre Dame over the likes of Nebraska, Northwestern, Michigan, and Cincinnati, among others.

According to Loy, Notre Dame sees Craig as a center at the next level.
