(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Ask any football coach, and they will tell you about the importance of special teams.
The Lawrenceburg Tigers benefitted greatly from having kicker Joseph Hibbard on the roster in 2020. The Tigers senior averaged 49.1 yards per kickoff. His longest kickoff of the season traveled 60 yards.
Hibbard also scored 54 points for the Tigers, going 51-56 on extra points attempts and 1-1 on field goal attempts.
This week, Hibbard committed to Thomas More University, where he will continue his academic and athletic career.
Hibbard joins a Thomas More team that features Austin Bowling (Lawrenceburg), Axel Bell (South Dearborn), and Tyler Ohmer (East Central)
