Could the next state free throw champion come from southeastern Indiana?

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Knights of Columbus of Indiana are seeking some hot shot kids.
The Knights are holding their annual statewide Basketball Free Throw Championship. Hoosier girls and boys ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate.
The Knights of Columbus Council 1231 will hold a competition on Saturday, January 26 at Saint Lawrence School, 542 Walnut Street, in Lawrenceburg. Registration will start at 1:30 p.m. and free throw shooting will begin at 2:00. Participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate.
Each contestant will take 15 free throw attempts. The top scorers in each gender and age division will advance to a regional competition, where they could then earn passage to the state finals.
