Yoon will go down as one of the best players to ever play at Lawrenceburg.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – One of the best basketball players in Lawrenceburg High School history has made his college declaration.
Gavin Yoon announced Tuesday via Twitter that he has committed to Taylor University in Upland, Indiana.

Yoon is a four-year varsity letterman, three-time All-EIAC selection, three-time All-Rivertown Classic selection and 2020 Rivertown Classic MVP.
As a senior, Yoon averaged 21.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, earning all-state honorable mention from the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.
The sweet-shooting lefty is one of six Tigers to record 1,000 or more career points. The others are Kelcey Mucker, Paul Bruner, Jon Pitcock, Brian Sturgeon and Dean Wilson.
Yoon joins a Taylor Trojans squad that went 17-15 this past season.
