The Indiana Bass Federation State Tournament took place Saturday at Patoka Lake.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – A bass fishing duo from East Central High School has qualified for Nationals.
Grayson Hylton and Issac Smith, members of the East Central Fishing Club, competed at the Indiana Bass Federation State Tournament at Patoka Lake on Saturday.
Hylton and Smith placed 4th out of 54 teams, qualifying for Nationals in June at Pickwick Lake in Alabama.
A total of 85 fish were brought to the scales by all competitors for a combined weight of 265 lbs.
Hylton and Smith contributed 15.05 lbs. to the total weight.
