Boys Tennis State Tournament Begins Tuesday

INDIANAPOLIS - A total of 289 schools were drawn and placed into brackets for the Boys Tennis State Tournament.

The team sectional tournament begins Tuesday, September 29 and runs through Saturday, October 3.

The 64 team sectional winners will advance to regional play on October 6-7 at 16 sites. Regional championship will advance to semi-state on October 10 at Center Grove, Culver Academies, Homestead and Jasper.

The eight-team state finals are scheduled for October 16-17 at North Central High School.

Sectional 19 at Batesville (6)

M1: Milan vs. Lawrenceburg
M2: Oldenburg vs. East Central
M3: Batesville vs. M1 Winner
M4: South Dearborn vs. M2 Winner
Championship: M3 Winner vs. M4 Winner

Sectional 22 at Connersville (4)

M1: Connersville vs. Franklin County
M2: Union County vs. Rushville
Championship: M1 Winner vs. M2 Winner
