Batesville, JCD Receive Votes in IHSBCA Pre-Season Polls

The IHSBCA released their 2025 Pre-Season Polls on Monday.

(Southeast Indiana) - Batesville and Jac-Cen-Del are being considered among the top teams in their respective classifications heading into the 2025 high school baseball season. 

Today, the Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association released their 2025 Pre-Season Polls. 

In Class 3A, Batesville received 56 votes, putting the Bulldogs just behind Indianapolis Cathedral for the 10th spot. Batesville returns 2024 All-EIAC selection Carson Schneider and Notre Dame commit Will Jaisle. 

Jac-Cen-Del received six votes in the 1A Poll, putting the Eagles in the Top 30 statewide. The Eagles are returning talented sophomore and senior classes that includes 11 players with varsity experience.
