(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Lawrenceburg High School junior Alahna Beinkemper has been awarded the NHSSCA All-American Award.

The National High School Strength and Conditioning Association annually recognizes high school athletes who has demonstrated outstanding achievement on and off the field regarding strength and conditioning, athletic performance, academics, and leadership.

This year, Beinkemper is one of 25 female athletes across the country, and the first-ever recipient from Lawrenceburg High School, selected for the prestigious honor.

"Thankful for Alahna's character, positive attitude, and being an absolute savage in the weight room! Embodiment of what every program strives to be," said LHS Strength and Conditioning Coach Jake Buttram.
