2021 EIAC Volleyball All-Conference Team Announced

Connersville, East Central, and Lawrenceburg shared the conference championship.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Three volleyball teams could not be separated atop the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference standings this season.

Connersville, East Central, and Lawrenceburg all went 6-1 in conference play, sharing the EIAC championship.

For their efforts, each team placed four on the 2021 EIAC Volleyball All-Conference Team.

Connersville was led by EIAC MVP Erika Smith. The Lady Spartans senior totaled 483 kills, 264 receptions, 228 digs, 59 blocks, and 13 aces.

Stephanie Smith (Connersville), Cathy Lehman (EC), Stacy Knigga (Lawrenceburg) were named the 2021 EIAC Volleyball Coaches of the Year.

The full 2021 EIAC Volleyball All-Conference Team is listed below.

Connersville (6-1): Erika Smith (MVP), Brynnah Ellis, Hailey Sembach, Tori Hanson

East Central (6-1): Hope Fox, Avery Daniels, Maycey Lewis, Becca Tupper

Lawrenceburg (6-1): Lizzie Redar, Ivy Hinkle, Natalie Knigga, Trinity Taylor

Greensburg (4-3): Josie Nobbe, Ella Chapman

Batesville (3-4): Laney Walsman, Cayman Werner

South Dearborn (2-5): Emily Elliott

Franklin County (1-6): Saige Mergenthal

Rushville (0-7): Olivia Yager
