If you live in Indiana or Ohio, your answer might be green beans. According to a recent study from Zippia, green beans is favorite side dish for residents in those states.

The study shows the most popular Thanksgiving side dish in Kentucky is hashbrown casserole.

Zippia used Google Trends to determine what Thanksgiving side each state eats a disproportionate amount of.

Mashed potatoes were the most popular across the country with nine states loving mashed potatoes the most.

Rolls were the second most popular side item.
