(Aurora, Ind.) - The next Dearborn County Anti-Litter Initiative (DCALI) roadside clean-up will be on Saturday, June 14 on Cole Lane Hill from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Road closure from 9 a.m. to noon to ensure the safety of volunteers. Dearborn County Sheriff’s deputies will be on site.
Volunteers will meet at 8:30 a.m. at 7216 E. Laughery Creek Road, Aurora, IN 47001, for instructions and supplies. For details and updates, go to the DCALI Facebook page. If possible, send a message or comment through the DCALI Facebook if interested in participating to make sure there are enough supplies.
DCALI thanks the Dearborn County Sheriff's Office and the Dearborn County Highway Department for their continued assistance, and Miranda Chase for help with organizing this clean-up.
This is the 10th year for the Dearborn County Anti-Litter Initiative. In 2024, a record number of volunteers participated. These events are great opportunities for families and for student community-service requirements. Please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult.
