The water main break on Central Avenue has been repaired and the road is back open, according to Batesville Police.

(Batesville, Ind.) - A water main break has been reported in Batesville.
Batesville Police reported the issue around 8:05 a.m. Motorists are asked to avoid Central Avenue between Mulberry and Park Avenue while crews work on water main break repairs.
Currently, the southwest side of town is without water.
There has been no word on how long repairs may take.
