WalletHub: IN, KY, OH Middle Of Pack On Public School System List

The 2018 State's with the Best & Worst Public School Systems report was released Monday.

(Undated) – According to a new report, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio aren’t that far apart when it comes to educating our youth.

Personal finance website WalletHub released its 2018 States with the Best and Worst Public School Systems report on Monday.

WalletHub’s analysis compares each state’s school systems on performance, funding, safety, class size and instructor credentials.

Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio all ranked near the middle of the pack. The Commonwealth ranked 20th overall. Indiana followed at 24th, while Ohio came in at 27th overall.

The best public school system comes from Massachusetts. The top five was rounded out by New Jersey, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Vermont.
