The cleanup effort will take place Saturday, September 11.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Volunteers are needed to clean up the Ohio riverfront in Lawrenceburg.
Lawrenceburg’s annual River Sweep takes place Saturday, September 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Cleanup efforts will take place between Hollywood Casino and the Dearborn Trailhead.
Volunteer registration begins at 8:30 at the Clock Tower at the end of Walnut Street.
The City of Lawrenceburg will provide gloves, buckets, trash bags, trash pickers, water, and lunch.
Volunteers should wear sturdy boots or tennis shoes, appropriate clothing, sunscreen and bug spray.
