(Osgood, Ind.) - A Jac-Cen-Del High School senior who died in a crash Friday will be laid to rest Tuesday.

 

Emily Huntington, 18, was a member of the girls basketball team, a National Honor Society member, and Aurora Farmers Fair queen contestant. She was a familiar face to many patrons of the Subway restaurant in Versailles, where she worked.

 

Huntington died in a crash on County Road 200 West Friday evening.

 

Friends and family will attend Huntington’s visitation Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church, 2319 North County Road 850 West near Holton.

 

Huntington’s funeral is Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the church, the same day students return to school at Jac-Cen-Del to begin the second semester.

 

Arrangements are being handled by Stratton Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles.
