Vevay Police Seeking Information After Shots Fired at Swiss Ave Apartments

(Vevay, Ind.) – Vevay Police are seeking assistance from the public.

Last Friday, officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of Swiss Ave Apartments on Swiss Ave in Vevay.

Upon arrival, officers were contacted by several witnesses who reside in the apartment building, each stating they heard several shots being fired and witnessed a silver, two door style vehicle with a loud exhaust leave the area.

Switzerland County Sheriff’s deputies, who also responded, attempted to patrol the direction the vehicle left but were unable to locate the suspects.

During the initial investigation, several spent handgun casings were located.

Vevay Police are seeking the public’s help with any information that could help identify the suspect(s).
