Vehicle Hauler Catches Fire On I-74 Near Batesville

The fire happened Sunday afternoon.

(Batesville, Ind.) – A few vehicles didn’t make it to the dealership after going up in flames Sunday afternoon.

Batesville Fire and Rescue responded to a semi fire on Interstate 74 westbound near the rest area around 2:30 p.m.

Crews extinguished the fire and no injuries were reported.

A cause of the fire has not been released.
