(Brookville, Ind.) – A historic building in the heart of downtown Brookville has been restored into a beautiful apartment community.
Valley House Flats is designed for older, active adults in both the “Historic and Annex buildings. The historic building was constructed in 1852 and served as the Valley House Hotel for canal travelers and town visitors.
Now, the building is complete with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 600 to 1,200 square feet.
Not only is Valley House Flats within walking distance from several restaurants, the Brookville Theatre and Whitewater Valley Gateway Park, the apartment community also includes several amenities.
Amenities include exercise room, lounges, beauty salon, dog wash station and tenant storage lockers.
Valley House Flats is now leasing. Their office is open by appointment to pick up an application for the Affordable Housing Apartments and for the Market Rate Apartments.
Applicants must be 55 years of age or older.
